No-Refund Policy

At ListenAct, we strive to provide the highest quality resources and learning experiences, including free chapters, eBooks, and worksheets, to help you make informed decisions before purchasing our courses. As such, all sales are final, and we operate under a strict No-Refund Policy.

 

Exceptions for Same-Day Cancellations

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event of a genuine issue:

  • If a cancellation request is made on the same day of purchase, and the reason is deemed valid after review, we may approve a 50% refund.
  • Requests must be submitted through our official support email at contact@listenact.ca along with proof of purchase and a detailed explanation.
 
No Refunds Beyond the Same Day of Purchase

Once the same-day period has passed, no refund requests will be accepted under any circumstances.

Quality Assurance
  • We provide ample resources to ensure you know what you are purchasing, including free sample chapters, demo materials, eBooks, and worksheets.
  • By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted the course contents and features.
 
No Refunds for Lack of Motivation or Commitment
  • If you purchase a course and later find yourself unmotivated or unwilling to complete it, we do not issue refunds under any circumstances, except for the same-day cancellation exception (see above).
  • Refund requests based on lack of personal effort will not be entertained.
 
Fairness to All Customers
  • Asking for a refund after weeks or months of enrollment undermines the value of our work and the integrity of our refund policy.
  • We kindly request that you review your readiness to commit to learning before purchasing a course.
 

No Refund Requests Over Calls

At ListenAct, we prioritize respectful communication and the well-being of our team. To ensure clarity and fairness in handling refund-related inquiries:

  • No refund requests will be entertained over calls.

  • All refund-related requests must be submitted in writing via our official support email at contact@listenact.ca for proper documentation and review.
  • Any attempts to pressure, intimidate, or harass our employees over calls regarding refunds will result in an immediate termination of communication.
  • Individuals engaging in harassment or abusive behavior toward our team may be permanently banned from accessing our platform and services.
 
Policy Compliance

This policy applies to all purchases made through our platform, regardless of circumstances. By purchasing a course, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
